Royal Road is in the heart of the Westcliffe Conservation area of Ramsgate, a stone's throw from the Royal Harbour Yacht Marina, quiet sandy beaches, the town centre and local restaurants. The historic Cinque Port of Sandwich, and its golf courses, is a short drive away. The house is about 100 yards from the cliff top promenade, which overlooks the Ramsgate to Ostend ferry port and the English Channel.
