Royal Road is in the heart of the Westcliffe Conservation area of Ramsgate, situated two minutes from the Royal Harbour Yacht Marina, quiet sandy beaches and the town centre. The historic Cinque Port of Sandwich, and its golf courses, is a short drive away. The house is about 200 yards from the cliff top promenade, which overlooks the harbour and the English Channel.
